The Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT):
80.501 | reviews any written, signed allegation received against the JRCERT relating to any JRCERT Standard, Bylaw, Policy or other aspect of the accreditation process, not arising in the context of the accreditation review of a particular program. When warranted, the JRCERT resolves the complaint in a timely, fair and equitable manner. |

Procedures
The Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT):
80.501A | requires the Chief Executive Officer to facilitate investigation and research to determine if the allegation relates to JRCERT accreditation standards, Bylaws, Policies or other aspects of the accreditation process: |
---|---|
i. if no, notifies the complainant accordingly within twenty (20) working days following receipt of the allegation; | |
ii. if yes, acknowledges receipt of the allegation to the complainant within twenty (20) working days of its receipt and provides appropriate information pertaining to the investigation to the complainant. | |
iii. if yes, notifies the individual(s) against whom any complaint is made of the substance of the allegations and requires a written response to the complaint be submitted to the JRCERT within thirty (30) working days. | |
80.501B | takes the following action if the investigation reveals that the allegation may have merit:
