The Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT):
80.101 | requires its Directors, employees, site visitors, and appeal panel members to be conscious of the potential for real or perceived conflict of interest in the performance of their responsibilities. |

80.104 | prohibits an individual from serving as a site visitor for a program if:

80.105 | prohibits employees from processing accreditation documents, e.g., self-study reports, reports of findings, interim reports, and annual reports, if the individual has been an appointee, employee, or graduate of the sponsor or the program. |
Procedures
The Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT):
80.101A | requires the Directors and employees to sign bi-annually a Conflict of Interest Agreement to reaffirm their commitment to the JRCERT. |

80.101B | requires Directors to complete annually, and prior to being installed, the Director Disclosure Form. |
80.101C | requires the Director Disclosure Form to be reviewed by the Executive Committee at the annual JRCERT Board of Directors meeting to assure there are no conflicts of interest, such as, but not limited to: serving on the board of a professional health sciences organization or serving on a board/committee that is associated with other health sciences accreditors. |
80.101D | requires, if there is a conflict of interest noted on the Director Disclosure Form, the Director to relinquish their role on the organization/committee. |
80.101E | requires the site visitor/apprentice to annually sign a Conflict of Interest Agreement to reaffirm their commitment to the JRCERT. |
80.102A | reflects the non-participation in meeting minutes of any Director refraining from deliberation, discussion, or vote on any accreditation action. |
80.103A | recognizes that consultation provided to programs in the course of Directors or employees fulfilling the responsibilities of their positions is excluded from this policy. |
