4.6 The program assures an appropriate relationship between program length
and the subject matter taught for the terminal award offered.

Explanation:

Program length must be consistent with the terminal award. The JRCERT defines program length as
the duration of the program, which may be stated as total academic or calendar year(s), total
semesters, trimesters, or quarters.
