            Leslie Winter, MS, R.T.(R), is chief executive officer for
          the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic
          Technology. Leslie was honored to receive the Professional
          Excellence Award, the Recognition for Recruitment and
          Retention of Health Careers, and the Outstanding Public
          Service Recognition Award from the State of Illinois
          Department of Public Health.
            Julia Works, JD, is an associate attorney in the law firm
          of Atkinson & Atkinson LLC, who works in the area of
          regulatory law, including accreditation and education. She
          received her law degree from the University of Connecticut
          and a BA in Communications from the University of
          Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. She is licensed to practice law
          in Illinois, Texas, and Arkansas.
