WEBSITE DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS
The items listed below must be easily accessible on the program’s website. Please
note that easily accessible means either on the program’s homepage or directly
linked to it.
• Program Effectiveness Data (PED) - The program must utilize the PED
Template, which is available here. The template must be easily accessible from
the program’s homepage and include, at a minimum, the five-year data from the
program’s most recent annual report.
• Program mission statement, goals, and student learning outcomes
• Distance Education - To promote transparency, programs must disclose on
their website the use of didactic distance education courses in the professional
curriculum. Medical Dosimetry programs must also disclose the use of clinical
distance education courses and applicable fees.
• ***Accreditation Status - a statement of the program’s current standing with
the JRCERT, i.e., Accredited, Probationary Accreditation, or Administrative
Probationary Accreditation. The program must also identify its current length of
accreditation award (i.e., 8-year, 5-year, 3-year, probation).
• ***Award Letter - The program’s most recent award letter must be easily
accessible from the homepage of the program’s website.

status and the current accreditation award letter on program websites:

of the accreditation status and award letter, programs will now need to publish the
following statement with a link to their individual program information page on the
JRCERT website:

RADIATION THERAPY AND MEDICAL DOSIMETRY
CURRICULUM ADOPTED
At its Spring 2024 meeting, the JRCERT Board of Directors adopted both the American
Society of Radiologic Technologists’ (ASRT) 2024 Radiation Therapy Curriculum and the
American Association of Medical Dosimetrists’ (AAMD) 2024 Medical Dosimetry
Educational Program Curriculum Guidelines. The implementation date for both revised
curricula is September 1, 2025.
As identified in Objective 4.2 of the Standards, accredited programs must follow a
JRCERT-adopted curriculum. An adopted curriculum is currently defined as the most
recent ASRT or AAMD curriculum. Updated JRCERT Curriculum Analysis Grids are
available here.
